so i got my tax return a little while ago and decided to build my ultimate pc. ive been working on this build for awhile now and have not been able to settle on anything yet. i have a $1000 budget but am flexible. but i dont think ill really need any more than that since i plan to reuse a couple newer parts from my old build (such as ram, psu, graphics card). i want an i7 processor but cant decide if i should go for 6700k, 4790k, or 5820k. i know that gaming performance is relatively the same on all three, but i plan to stream and record videos as well. if i do end up going for the 6700k or 5820k i know ill need ddr4 and a cooler which why im flexible. any ideas would be great. id like to save as much money as possible. im also going for a black and blue color scheme with some leds ill be getting later.

parts being reused:
evga gtx 970 ssc w/ acx 2.0 (upgrading to 980ti or whatever the new cards are that are coming out later)
16gb kingston hyperx fury ram @ 1866mhz
antec hcg 620w psu( i know it doesnt match my color scheme so ill get custom cables later)

additional ideas:
going for 500gb ssd for OS and some important games
at least a 2tb hdd for mass storage
and a quiet cpu cooler

feedback is appreciated.

I would buy the 5820k over the 6700k 100 out of 100 times. The 6700k is way overpriced.
