I'm logged into an Admin account but getting blocked

So, I have access to an administrator account on my computer but whenever I try to download something (for example firefox) I get blocked... how can I download things without being blocked?

It`s down to the security settings in windows security center of windows.
Have a good look around it

Also before you launch firefox ect. Right click and run as admin.
If it works.
Right click again on the icon go to properties.
Click on the compatibility tab.
Tick the Privilege level box run as admin.
Click apply.
