My computer won't boot and I've tried all possible hardware replacements. This led me to suspect an OS or malware issue or that the CPU was running at a higher clockrate than it should. Today, I got a screen saying that "The system experiences boot failures because of overclocking or change in CPU voltage". Only issue is, when I enter the BIOS I have just a few seconds before the pc shuts off. Can the Vcore be altered manually? What else can I do?

Some motherboards have a 'reset CMOS' button so use that if you can. Failing that, remove and reinsert the CMOS battery, which is a small, circular CR2032 type.
