I'm going to purchase a TV-tuner card that requires 1 x16 PCIe slot and the manufactures says this: Notice: active cooling required, passive cooling is not enough.
I have a custom built PC, but does this mean that I need to apply some kind of fan over this tuner card, or what should I do?
