Yes it will work with you component as the only changing factor between pc's is input voltage on the power supply, witch can be set on almost all of them, and normally the included cable is the local plug.

Note that between europe and the UK the plugs do differ so you'll get a UK plug from a UK seller.

The Corsair RMx series are a good quality addition to their line of power supplies. For your purchase, the part number will have a -UK at the end signifying the type of plug it will have on it. ie...Corsair CP-9020093-UK. this lets you be sure you're getting the right model for your location. It will work fine with your American built system.
