I have a Cougar MX500 case with a Gigabyte X99-UDP3 MB, and a nice 1000w PS. Everything works fine, except the case, when I put the front panel on, will not power up. Take it off, it works fine. Nothing appears to be in the way of it, the ckt board the switch is on, is up out of the way, so there appears to be nothing to stop it connecting. Cougar has very nicely shut down their customer service system until Feb 15, how nice. Any ideas? Any one else seen this? it seems like a nice enough case...

Thanks, I looked at all that, I think what I saw was the built in bumps instead of standoffs. There is nothing nears the switch board itself. I gave up and ordered a Phantek Lanthoo tall case from amazon and gave this piece of junk away. I have used Cougar for 6 years now, my last three builds, and they were all great. No more...

Thank you, I am very impressed with the Phantek case, they did an awful lot of thinking on this and it is easily the best layout I have ever seen in a case. Lots of goodness here.
