To play Gta 5 at a good frame rate, and with medium graphics settings.
A R5 series pci-e graphics card is very poor, even with the A6 Apu/cpu.

You would have to play it at a very low screen resolution with most of the in game graphical effects turned down to low to get a decent frame rate above 30Fps.
