I ran a test on my system at a website, every test I have run it's coming up with my GTX as Performing way below expectations (16th percentile) and worse.

EDIT: card is STRIX GTX 980 TI DC3 6GD5 GAMING (ono OC)

I clicked there link about it and it says:
Causes of poor GPU status
NVIDIA Optimus/AMD switchable graphics drivers can switch to an IGP (low power integrated graphics e.g. Intel HD) rather than using the discrete "M" card. (How to switch to the discrete GPU)

(The monitor is connected to the GPU not the motherboard)

High background CPU utilization can throttle a GPU.

(I checked CPU usage even at stock 3.5Ghz it wasn't using more than 10% when test was done)

SLI/CrossFire configurations are not supported. Where possible we run the bench with just one GPU enabled. If we fail to disable one of the GPUs the results are not comparable so we are forced to disqualify them.

(I don't have SLI only one card)

I have been looking around and I really cant work out why it's coming up with that number, can anyone help here is the benchmark

You're welcome, 18000 graphics score for an aftermarket card like yours...

I knew I would forget something, it's the STRIX GTX 980 TI DC3 6GD5 GAMING (non oc), if it's just a case of it not being OC'd then that will explain it :)

Download firestrike demo, it's about 1.5 GB, then it lets you run firestrike at 1080P. Run that test and then it will give you scores, overall, graphics and physics and will give you a weblink you can paste here so we can see the details. We can let you know if it's just because of it not being overclocked or if there is some kind of problem you need to sort out.

You're welcome, 18000 graphics score for an aftermarket card like yours, that hasn't been overclocked anymore
is normal for that test. Your cpu score, which is the physics score, looks about normal for an i5 6600K that hasn't been overclocked and everything looks to be running normal through that test. unigine valley and unigine heaven are a couple more benchmark tests that have scores that a lot of people use, so it's easy to compare to make sure everything is running right.

It's hard to compare games though, because every site uses different settings and each game has various kinds and levels of anti aliasing which certain ones can cause a lot of performance drops, as well as certain lighting like hbao+ or pcss or godrays ultra...things like that, so it's hard to knwo if you're comparing apples to apples. You could run valley and heaven if you want a little more reassurance, they both are free and are around a GB or so each to download.
