Ok I will have 1 samsung 950 pro where I am gonna dual boot win7 and win10.and 2 samsung 850evo's for storage

Is it possible to have win7 write pretty much everything to one ssd and win10 write to the other so nothing is put on the 950 pro? If so how?

Solution
It is possible to make either OS store the majority of files to one of the 850's instead of the 950.

I would name one of the 850's "Win7Storage" and the other "Win10Storage" or similar.
Then when booted into Windows 7 partition, just set everything to store to the Win7Storage drive and install all your applications to that drive too. Then do the same with Windows 10, just obviously choosing the Win10Storage drive instead.

Plenty of guides out there to setup Windows to store your user files on another location, so I won't go into that here.
