Wait for a few days for the system to finish setting up updates and other things it does with a clean Windows setup. You also need to install more than just the network drivers, you'd want to go to the laptop vendor support site and install all the drivers for the system, video, audio, chipset, BIOS update, etc...

That netbook with be slow anyway, a clean Windows setup may help, but it's just slow hardware.

SSD drivers fail rather quickly when compared to standard hard drives, some write zeros to ssd in attempt to format it hoping to get it working like new. What they are really doing is after writing zeros to the ssd is copying their backup back to ssd which now is written to ssd neatly in properly filed order which means the data is neatly packed without the need for windows to look all over ssd for needed data. Thus things work faster, however writing zeros to the ssd also decreases life span of the ssd. I recommend getting a new ssd or standard hard drive and reinstall windows.
