I've been having this problem for the past 2 month or so. Been into a repair store 3 times and they cannot under any circumstances replicate the crash. It's been tested on Furmark for 2 and a half hours and reached 95 degrees, but didn't crash or freeze.

From what they said, they tried one of the games it usually crashes on, left it running for an hour and a half, but it didn't crash.

I've tried removing all sound input/output, reformatted the PC completely, reinstalled new drivers, stress testing the RAM and such.

I initially thought it was a heating problem, but the fact it ran at 95 degrees for so long proves it isn't, and that it crashed at 60 degrees on XCOM 2 (CPU, Motherboard and GPU all at the same temp.)

Any thoughts guys? The PC repair shop is completely stumped.

If the problem resolves by moving your PC to the repair shop, try moving the PC to a more ventilated location in your house using a different power outlet and power strip. Let us know if the problem continues.

WHat is the CPU cooler and PSU?
