Imitate Nvidia Optimus with two dedicated graphics cards

Hi,

Concrete problem:
I've got a GTX 670 in my PC and here's also an unused Geforce 210.

Two questions:
1. Would there be a significant difference in the idle power consumption if I replace the graphics card?
2. Even if there would be no difference, is it possible to use them together with Nvidia Optimus like in Laptops (the 210 in the role of the integrated graphic)? So the weak one in desktop mode, the strong one in games?

Thanks for your effort!

Solution
1. Idle power is like 6w on the 210 and 14w on the 670.

2. There is no way to power off gpus while in windows on desktops so all gpus are being powered at all times. Laptops are wired specifically to support switching and there are even laptops that don't support it. There is no point as the low power mode for normal stuff is low enough that it doesn't matter even if you live in a place where power costs an arm and a leg. Only with batteries does it matter since the capacity is so low. Like playing a video is 18w which is hardly above the idle power since it's hardly doing anything. If having your light on in your room doesn't matter to your power bill then neither will this.
