Dedicated Server From Laptop?

Hi!
So i have this old laptop, and the specs are:
4GB Ram
Pentium Dual Core T4500 2,3ghz

I only want to run 1 CSGO server.
If its possible, what OS should i install,
and what are the best options to do?

You may be able to do it but it would not be advisable. Laptops are very underpowered for anything like that. It will give you poor performance if it will be capable at all. If you did it would probably run at 100% load and overheat in short order. Oh doubtful it would run on 4gb ram anyway.
