Hello people,

I've a question over OC'ing in my build. First I'll give you some little information about my pc build.

CPU = i5 4690k
CPU Cooler = Hyperx 212 EVO
PSU = XFX TS Series 750w Gold+
GPU = MSI R9 390 (AMD)
MOBO = ASRock Z97 Pro4
RAM = DDR3 Kingston Hyperx 1866Mhz
Case = Bitfenix Neos Red/Black themed

That's my pc build, the question is... What kind of OC'ing should I think about ? But, one thing, I really want to keep it safe.

I hope I've told enough about my build, I hope someone can help me out. I saw a lot of people with kinda the same questions, but didn't wanted to take any risks with such numbers.

Greetings,

You can overclock that processor pretty easily. I would try to aim for the 4.2-4.5 ghz range and to avoid exceeding 1.2v while keeping temps under 80c at all times.
