What is the best motherboard for my build without going crazy on features and price?

I need some input from those with experience in AMD motherboards. I am going for a new build to replace my old one and I am going to stick with AMD due to the price restrictions and to be honest I don't require the absolute best in gaming. Running a current game at max or almost max settings and then dumbing down to a medium to high quality in the future is absolutely fine with me. I also wouldn't be gaming at any resolution higher than 1080p. As long as my gaming doesn't go below console quality then I am ok with it. So anywho, here is my current build set up that I have put together and I just need a motherboard that will support this hardware and any upgrades/additions in the future (such as a second GPU)

Here is a link to the current build on pcpartpicker.
Also, I have a 650w PSU in the build but do you think it'll be enough for the GPU when it's at max load or being OC'd along with the CPU? If not what would you recommend for the 750w PSU? I prefer EVGA as they have never steered me wrong but if there is an equal or better option at a better price then let me know!
Also also, the MOBO should have at least 1 USB 3.0 port and support the advanced BIOS features of AMD CPU's and GPU's. That is all.

I don't need that much PSU for now. I will consider it when I get a second GPU but that won't be for a few years at least. I'll basically get a second one when a single won't meet system requirements and it'll be more cost effective then because prices will be cheaper at that point for the parts. Will the 650w suffice for now on the single GPU or should I go for a 750w as some websites recommend that sell this GPU?
