Upgraded my RAM, now I'm getting less than half the previous FPS (help?)

This is my current system, the games I play run at 60FPS on high-ultra settings:

ASrock H81M motherboard
Pentium G3258 cpu
MSI GTX 950 Gaming graphics card
Corsair CX500 psu
4GB 1600mhz Crucial basic ram in a single stick (CT51264BA160B)

I've just replaced that single 4GB stick with two 4GB DDR3 1600mhz Corsair Vengeance sticks and my FPS in games has gone from 60 to 20-30 at best. Both sticks appear to be working properly, and I've run memory tests with no errors. I just can't figure out what the problem is...

If I swap back to my previous ram everything's fine and I get 60FPS again.

Can anyone please help me figure out what's wrong? Here's some links to the ram's specs - the stats on them are pretty much the same, which is why I chose them:

Well it's running at 1333mhz because that's what my cpu is imited to, but so was my previous ram. Both the old and new are 9-9-9-24. The specs are literally identical, which is as I said, why I chose them.

Speed, timings, voltage, type, latency are all the same.
