Hi so I bought a new pc and I'm transferring my old graphics card into it. On my previous computer, I was having an issue with the Radeon update (it could have just been the pc, it was old with HDD problems) and so I uninstalled the driver and catalyst. When attempting to restart the computer, it booted than went to the black screen with only the mouse showing up. I'm very new to all this and I was wondering if this graphics card is in anyway damaged and if it is safe to install this onto the new computer? Also when installed will the graphics card (Radeon R7 250) be on a default version and need to be updated? Thanks

Hi there, I didn't get rid of the old pc for the booting issue. It was just old and we wanted a new one. All I'm doing is moving my graphics card Radeon R7 250 into my new PC. I was just wondering if it was safe to do so because of the booting issue that occurred with uninstalling an update on the graphics card on the old pc. Could the graphics card have been damaged in anyway due to what happened?
