GPU Temp changes fast

I was doing some testing on my GPU and it seemed it was heating and cooling very fast like it may not have the cooler or paste on correct. What do you think?

Just to be clear, because I've done this myself, the temp graph is the second graph from the top. That looks like what you'd see when your GPU goes from high usage back to 0%. So it looks fine to me.
