What part of my system is holding me back?

I posted my first Youtube video today after recording it with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and for the first time i had very noticeable lag during fighting scenes in the game, i am not sure what component is causing the issue as my FPS were displaying 60fps locked during the lagged moments, i stopped the recording and the lag immediately went away during these scenes..

On my keyboard it showed my CPU at 41% during all of the lag and my GPU at 68%, so i am a little confused... If you choose to watch the video, you can see that in some of the action scenes there is noticeable lag in the game recorded.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3URAGxyzZbg

Here is a list of my system, i am kinda curious what part you guys think would hold me back from recording future game episodes, so i can possibly fix or upgrade the situation and continue to record further gameplay.
