Athlon X4 860K Won't Post/ Black Screen (Tried the list)

I have an Athlon X4 860K and I am using the stock cooler. When I turn on my computer the fans and lights go on but my keyboard doesn't light up and on the screen nothing (dvi) No post, No bios, I already tried to reset the bios by taking the battery out and what not. Then I put another cpu in and updated the bios by downloading and I tried again using a USB stick and both times it said successful, and still nothing. What can I do, already made sure everything was plugged in.
SPECS:
CPU: X4 860K
MoBo: AsRock FM2A75M Pro 4+
GPU: Zotac GTX 660 Synergy or however it is spelled,
PSU: Antec 500W
RAM: Corsair 8x1 GB DDR3
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit

Found it out! I did a few things: I put in another FM2 CPU and updated the bios and drivers then I put the X4 860K back in with more thermal paste, still didn't work, the solution was to switch which PCI-E slot the graphics card was in and load the default settings on the bios and it works!
