My rig:
i5 3570k
ASUS z77
EVGA GTX 660 SC
Corsair Veng. 2 x 4GB
west. digital 1TB
Corsair 650w
Obviously it's time for a new gpu, maybe double my ram and equip a solid state...but what about my cpu? Can the over clocked third gen processor hang with today's chips? Is it really necessary to upgrade. Being an 1155 socket, I'm pretty sure the only available upgrade without having to upgrade the mobo would be the i7 3770k. Opinions?
