I am looking to possibly build a streaming PC to stream eventually. I haven't started yet but just wanted to know if this build would possibly work for streaming at 1080p at 30fps?

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor (cooled by either the stock cooler or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler)
MOBO: MSI B150 Gaming M3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1 80+ GOLD, 650W Continuous Power

IS there anything that I should either add or take away? And i only choose the skylake CPU is because if and when I do build this PC I am planning on upgrading the memory that is in my main PC and put in this one. Also i was doing some research and some people said that a GPU will help with some things to help the CPU and if that is the case should I invest in one and I was looking at the MSI 750Ti. If there is any better builds that will get my the 1080p at 30fps then this any will be appreciated but i would like to stick with a skylake so i can upgrade my memory in my main PC.

Solution
I know for the elgato, regardless if it was the USB or PCI-E model, recording with an i5 was enough, it was the streaming function, that required i7. I would verify your requirements, for streaming, before you buy anything, by contacting them.
