I recently bought the H100i V2 and i downloaded corsair link 4, butthe H100i V2 doesnt show up in Corsair link what did i do wrong? is there a fix?

Im running windows 10 64bit
-MSI msi b85-g4?3 motherboard
-i7-4790k CPU

Solution
This is my stock standard approach to corsair link issues:

1: Completely uninstall Corsair Link
2: Unplug the USB and power headers from the motherboard
3: Plug the power header back in
4: Plug the USB header back in, using a different USB header this time
5: Re-download Corsair Link (this ensures you have the latest version)
6: Install Corsair Link

You may need to scroll through the list of fans and devices. For some reason my Corsair Link created duplicates of each component, but the duplicates had null values.

If that doesn't fix it let me know.

Have you still got the instruction manual handy?

I'd have a read back over it to double check you didn't miss any steps. I know I screwed up a couple of times from not reading the manual in detail.

There should be something in your bios that lists the current speed of fans. The fact that the fans are moving is good though. Have you double checked that it's connected to the CPU_FAN header?

Also, have you checked out the Corsair support forums? I'm not sure how else to best help you, but you might find some answers from other people in your situation on their forum that fixes your problem.
