Do you have the model of your PC? Without a better shot of what's going on it's quite difficult (it's very dark and can't see the clearance on what I assume is the PCIE slot under the fan)

But a 180W PSU limits you to mainly to GPUs that aren't a worthwhile upgrade over integrated. Even a 55W GTX 750 puts you uncomfortably close at load and that is not a PSU I'd be willing to test - it's a low-end PSU and the whole PC looks poorly maintained.

PSUs in prebuilts are mostly designed to dependably power what's inside the prebuilt and little more.
