So i got a new r7 370 card i was running an fx 8320 and i got a new 990x ud3 mobo (my last mobo died). So i instal everything cpu fans and case fans spinning but graphics card fans are not and i have a black screen. I don't have integrated graphics so i can't get into bios or anything like that. Is it doa? Psu is good so idk what can be the issue here except the card.
