For a gaming system the last thing you want to cut costs on is the GPU. I would sacrifice any other component but the GPU, since it is the most important component of a gaming system. You could get a cheaper CPU, for instance an i5 4460 would perform about the same in gaming as the 4690. Also your case is expensive, you can easily get a cheaper case without sacrificing components. Also your PSU is 750 watts, a 600 watts PSU would also be more than enough for your build.
I would change the CPU, motherboard and ram for an i5 6400, a B150 motherboard and DDR4. This costs about the same but it will perform a bit better and you will have better upgrading options in the future. In my opinion an SSD is a must nowadays in any new build, even a cheap 128gb SSD will make the pc start in a few seconds compared to a harddrive. I would consider getting a cheaper case if needed for a SSD. You don't mention your budget, but I would change it into something like this:

The problem that i live in Egypt and LGA 1511 or 2011 motherboards and Ram are very over priced at nearby stores and changing will add nearly extra 200$
i have some limitations on choosing parts cause amazon (or any other online store) shipment fees to my location will nearly add 30% more value to items
but i think that i wouid change the video card to gtx 960 or r9 380 g1 4gb and add the SSD
