My computer has been freezing when I've just been doing simple web browsing or sometimes when I leave a download going while I go to work. My computer NEVER freezes when I'm playing a game even if I leave it idle. I cleared both drives and reinstalled windows 10. This is also a self-built PC and I will list its specs. I know for a fact it is not overheating because Corsair link opens as soon as I launch my pc and it says my temps are usually below 20 degrees idle and no more than 50 degrees under load CPU wise. My GPU gets no hotter than 70 and sits at about 40 idle. My PC also froze twice while in the middle of typing this. I went to task manager and my PC is using 2gb of ram when only web browsing

I did clear my drive and reinstall Win and the only driver that I have is the Nvidia driver which I had to reinstall after coming from a clean drive(s)

You can't change the BIOS unless you actually change the chip on the motherboard. BIOS has driver versions.

What? You can flash the BIOS from your OS using a few utilities, or even off a floppy drive or USB stick.

Now I get it. For future reference, the term most people use is "BIOS," not BIOS driver. Sorry for that misunderstanding.
