Hi. So I brought a GIGABYTE Radeon R9 390 GV-R939G1 GAMING-8GD along with a i5-4460 for my micro-ATX build Corsair R88, and I'm just wondering isn't 71-72 °C a little too high when I'm watching Youtube? When I'm idle even with the browser open or anything not Youtube or Video game related it's on 60 °C which I think is fine... but still...

Also when I play video games on Fairly high my card goes really really loud so I turn some things down which is really unfortunate because I want to utilize my card as much as I can. Is there any solution to that? I tried to make a fan curve with MSI Afterburner, but I'm afraid to tinker with it and I don't know how much temperature can I allow to my card, I feel cheated with this card...

I really wanted a Sapphire R9 390 but it was 72$ more at where I live..

From what I've read 70-80 °C is a normal full load temperature.
So, your card does seem a little too warm for just streaming video. Make sure you have nothing obstructing airflow (I once installed a new card that had a piece of plastic cellophane over a vent, oops). If its right next to another PCIe card or the case it could be getting too little air.
Worst case scenario, contact the vendor and see if Gigabyte can help you fix it or RMA it.

It seems like I can't do anything about it, the Gigabyte G1 is a really loud card, unless I RMA it, and the youtube temperature thing is something too I can't do anything about, thanks for the the suggestions though.
