Hello,
So i have recently built a new PC specs bellow and my RAM is only running at 2133Mhz when my ram is 3000Mhz its DDR4 ram btw.
Thanks

PC Specs:

GPU: Evga Gtx 670 FTW
CPU: i7 5820k
MOBO: Msi x99a Gaming 7
PSU: Corsair RM750
CASE: NZXT H440 Red/Black
CPU COOLER: Corsair H105
SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 256GB
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB
RAM: G.SKILL RIPJAWS 4 3000Mhz DDR4

Solution
Have you tried enabling XMP, profile 1. When installed the DRAM initially boots to the mobo default (here 2133), need to set it to the proper data rate (also might need a small OC of the CPU to run at 3000 ;) )

I have tried enabling XMP But my PC crashes after around 5 mins with it enabled should i try to OC my CPU a little with it enabled, if you want the crash names i can give them to you.

I found the sub menu MEMORYZ and there was nothing that i could change, just info about the ram that was unchangeable, there was RAM Voltage there though.

Hello, Very sorry for extremely late response. I am about to OC my CPU should i just turn XMP on after OC and see if it all works out?
Thanks

Are you running 4 sticks? My Asus refuses to allow me to tweak the ram with 4 sticks. With 2 I can tweak. 4 no. Just a thought. And sometimes it's real pretty to allow your ram to relax if you have upwards of 32GB. It's going to be fine. If you have performance issues then consider bumping it up.
