My internet will randomly disconnect (all the time) and it disconnects and says "identifying access," as if it can't recognize it, when it disconnects it will go to default and then when I disconnect and reconnect it works again until it repeats the same process as before. I think it is the entire house that goes down, so it is router related, but it is very frustrating happens frequently, and makes it difficult to do anything. Please help.

So when you say it's the entire house, does that mean that it happens to everyone on multiple devices?

You have a modem and a router? Alright, here's a simple troubleshooting test. Unplug the router and plug a network cable directly into your modem to a device. Play with it for a while and see if you're still having the same issue. This will determine if it's the modem or the router.
