i5 6600k vs i5 6600

Hi all, i am looking to buy a new processor. My options are i5 6600k and 6600. Things i do on my computer is watching full hd movies and sometimes gaming(Counter Strike, NFS).
So, is it worth to buy 6600k over 6600, if yes why?
Also please suggest me a motherboard, asus z170a isnt available in india

if you are planning on OC just go with 6600k, you can get better perfomance than i7 4790k. but you will just casual gaming and stuff, save money and go with 6600.

I don't think there is much of a difference, I suggest you go with what is cheaper and If you want better performance, you can overclock your CPU if you'd like, good luck!
