My laptop safe mode is stucking and again starting back to first page. No way to get into windows. Pls help

My HP DV 2000 is showing Safe Mode/Safe mode with Networking/Last configuration start up but all booting with Windows logo and after 30 sec it fails to load windows page with a click sound

No way its coming on to windows main page. I need to backup my desktop data. Its most urgent for me. Please help urgently

Not any recent virus loaded. I am not able to load in safe mode neither in any other mode. All booting with Windows logo for 30-40sec and at last it fails... for a sec a blue screen flashing but with a click sound its getting back to main start page

I dont have driver CD. Else please help me how to recover my data stored in desktop. I Have connected the HDD with my Mac and it is showing all available files but not Desktop items which are most important to backup. But surprisingly if I connect with windows laptop same HDD showing blank

Please help
