Get the IPS Acer. Better colors and still fast for gaming.

The acer has a ips panel which will have a better image, and that is good for your mmo games.
The benq has a tn panel which is quicker and might be good for your fps games.

My take is that you will notice the image quality much more than any minor difference in response times.

The new, fairly fast, IPS monitors are good. If you don't require fps gaming most of the time then get that IPS.
