HP usb 3.0 flash drive 128GB, tried multiple ports, no luck. Doesn't show up in My Computer/ This PC nor under Macrium's software, but it does under disk manager under Drive letter H:. To make things even stranger, the drive shows up under diskpart, but lists no partitions and shows 0 size and 0 available space. I have nothing of importance on the drive, how can I wipe it clean to factory so i can get some use out of it?
USB flash drive won't work with computer for some reason.

You can try selecting it under diskpart and typing "clean" which erases everything on the drive then reformating but it kinda sounds like it might have failed.
