So this is a bit of a weird one...
I recently did a bit of springcleaning of my PC, after installing a beefy new GPU, but now whenever i run any kind of game, my keyboard doesn't work, at all. It's still lighting up, but nothing happens no matter what keys i press. All of my other USB devices work just fine, and the problem persists even if i plug it into another port, and even with an entirely different keyboard: The mouse part of the keyboard works (It's a mediacentre KB, with a touchpad), but the actual keyboard part doesn't.
I managed to get one of my games into windowed mode using the mouse, but even with the game minimized, the keyboard doesn't work at all, not even in windows or other programs where it normally works.
I am running Windows 7, fully updated, have fully updated the keyboard drivers as well.
I am totally at wits end here, and really hope someone out there has some good ideas for what might be wrong.
