I plan to buy i5-6500 and Asus B150M-A without dedicated GPU. I want to prevent anyone to play games on this PC, so can I limit shared video memory to something unusable, lets say 128MB to be enough for 3 screens?
just look in the boards manual under all the bios settings and see if theres a setting /adjustment for that ? some do some do not but it should be all in the bios [can be in some os settings ]

As the others have said, there'll be an option in the UEFI. With regard to memory, 128MB will be more than enough for 3x 1920x1080 screens (there are some old Matrox cards that had 128MB of memory and supported 3x 256x1440 monitors, IIRC)
