I want to build a video editing pc to last me for the next 1-1.5 years. Basically I'm using this computer so that I can wait until the new zen cpu comes out, hopefully this year! This computer I am using has the following parts, keep in mind that this is my budget build just to last for 1.5 years max from today. My use for the computer will be the following: YouTube video uploading at 1080p, some gaming mostly at medium-high setting at 1080p, using some video editing software to upload youtube videos at 1080p-720p. Basically a video editing and gaming pc is what I plan to use this pc for, will this suffice me for my needs for 1.5 years? Keep in mind that I will most likely not overclock because the motherboard cannot really support high voltages or do you think I can with the mobo and cpu cooler? If I can't overclock then I will be running at stock speeds and the automatic turbo boost.

I wouldn't want to have to use it. If you can get it cheap($400ish) I guess it'll be ok for short term. The quality of the psu is more the issue than power. You need a HIGH QUALITY psu. These are the four cheapest psus I would recommend. Note: those prices are after rebates.

OK if I upgraded to a 650 watt psu I would be good I checked the power consumption on newegg and it says recommended is 602 watts. So with a better psu what do you think for this rig for keeping for 1.5 years at most till zen comes out?
