Recently my memory has been randomly spiking up to 100% drastically slowing down my computer. I used the resource monitor to see what it might be, but even after removing the software that seemed to be the issue, it did not stop. The windows memory diagnostic tool did not find anything wrong. I also ran Bitdefender and Malware Bytes and they don't find any viruses or malware. I do not know what to do anymore and it's very annoying. Please help. The memory I use is the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-2666 Memory

I would advise running memtest software to check that your RAM is not faulty. You can find the free software here http://www.memtest86.com/

The software is run from either a usb stick or a burned disc, I would advise running it overnight as it can take a while but it will more than likely tell you if your ram is faulty or to look elsewhere.
