My hard drive sort of crashed on me earlier today. Windows 10 sort of... deleted itself? Hard to explain what really happened, but to fix the problem, I installed Ubuntu -> Windows 7. I have Windows 7 on there now, and it turns out I don't have any network adapter drivers on there. Went to ASUS's website, downloaded the correct drivers, tried to install them, but it said that my motherboard had no intel products on it..? Not sure what the problem is. I can provide a screenshot if needed.
EDIT: I can see that this has been solved multiple times. I know the method of how to fix this, just not finding what I actually need. Would appreciate help finding what my computer needs so I can get on with my day.
I downloaded the drivers from: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P8Z77V/
Didn't work however.
