CPU Cooler Upgrade

I have a Cryorig H7 and want to upgrade my cooler. I would prefer a Liquid cooler, an AiO that isn't much money, and is silent. Right now, my Cryorig H7 can handle my 6600k @4Ghz.

Ok. Is there any decent fans I could put on my CPU Cooler then? I would like some new silent fans. 2 of them.
