Device Driver Software not successfully installed

I did a fresh Installation on a Dell Optiplex 3020 PC and Device Driver software was not successfully installed. They are 1. USB Controller 2. PCI Simple Communications Controller
3. SM Bus Controller 4. Ethernet Controller.

what should I do to get these device driver installed?

Download and install all the drivers for your model & OS version from Dell's website.
On Dell's main support page, enter your PC's Service Tag to ensure you are shown the correct drivers for it.
