I am looking to possibly build a dedicated streaming PC where I would have a dual PC stream setup and am wondering if the components that I picked would work. My main PC is an i7 6700k with the asus viii mobo and 16gb of 2133 memory. What I want to be able to do is steam at 1080p at 30fps and not sure if this build will work with that

the components that i picked for the build are:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (cooled by either the stock cooler or Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler)
MOBO: MSI B150 Gaming M3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Capture card: Avermedia (not sure what it is called exactly but it is the internal one that is 1080p at 30fps)

I only choose a skylake because when/if i do this i will take the RAM that is in my main and put in this one which is what is above. I was doing some research and saw that a GPU will help sometimes and not sure if it actually is. If there is any alternatives that are better would be much appreciated. I would prefer to stick with skylake so i can upgrade main PC RAM but if there is a better/cheaper option that isn't skylake then please let me know.
