95c while Gaming, 60c while idle. Is this bad?

System Specs not sure what's happening I got my PC built about 2 years ago and I was playing Dying Light with a friend and told him about my 70% CPU usage from the game and 100% CPU usage overall and he said he was sitting at 30% for the game, He asked for my CPU Temp and said it was 95c with the game running.

Solution
If the thermal compound doesn't help either look for a CPU cooler like Cryorig's H7 or the Hyper 212 EVO....Could also consider turning HYperThreading off, it builds heat

I have never touched the inside of my computer since I got it from fear of messing something up, I'll just find a youtube video on how to apply thermal paste and pray I don't screw my entire PC up.

Would it be better to take my computer into a computer shop and for them to do it for me?
I'm hesitant on doing it myself because I might screw up and end up crapping on my PC.

Cooler master 212 evo hyper x or 212 evo
I have an Intel i5 6600'with a gtx 970
Idle with stock cooler CPU:45c
Max stress test with stock CPU cooler: 68-74c
212 evo ($30 plus I Put a 2 fan on it) CPU idle: 30c
Max stress test with 212 evo:45c.
I would definitely recommend just throwing this on they CPU. Also download Evga precisionx 16 (google it) for gpu fan controlling. The less heat the better, it definitely affects your performance. The max nvidia temp for a gpu is 90c on most models, CPUs vary in max temp.I like to keep my system quite cool,as low as I can get it, I suggest you do the same. For $60 dollars you can get a prefilled liquid cooler. If your looking to upgrade look at a gtx 970. I used to have a i5 3570k and they do run quite hot!! My stock cooler ran 100% idle or Gaming on my older 3rg generation. As for your CPU running at 100% 1 make sure your gpu drivers are installed 2 make sure all your drivers are up to date 3 make sure your computer is clean (on the os and inside the physical computer) and 4 make sure your CPU and gpu aren't burnt of broken 5buy a new gpu
