I'm buying the below config but I need to know if I'll require a CPU cooler.

If yes, which would be the most economical and good performance wise? (I'm already over my budget right now)

P. S. - I won't be overclocking my CPU.. Not anytime soon atleast.

CPU: Intel i3 6100 3.7Ghz
Mobo: Asrock Z170A-X/3.1
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws V 2 sets of 4x2 2400 (16gb)
PSU: Hydance by Seasonic 600W 80+ bronze
HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200 SATA 6gb/s
Cabinet: Antec GX300
GPU: Asus GTS450 (from my previous machine) for the time being.

Many thanks

Solution
No real need for one, and might want to consider 2x8GB on the DRAM, mixing sets isn't a good idea (Yes, even with the exact same model, it can be problematic, also 2x8GB will be less stress on the MC (memory controller)

Thank you everyone for your quick responses. I will just go with the stock cooler right now. If the need arises, I will try the coolermaster 212x. @Tradesman - yeah right, I will go with the 2 x 8 GB as it's less stress on the MC. Thanks.
