dnt know if this helps

hp pavilion
motherboard joshua h61 uatx
processor intel core i5 3470
memory 8gb
video card radeon hd 8570
sound card integrated idk 92hd73e
hard drive 2tb
cd disc drive super multi dvd burner drive
memory card reader "multimeader card reader"
power supply internal 300w{100v-240}

Five short beeps, and one long.
Depending on the bios type, brand used on the motherboard can mean two things when you power it up.

1. No graphics card detected in the Pci-e slot of the motherboard.

Possible causes lack of power direct to the card via extra 12v Pci-e power connectors, if it requires any.
Or the eight or four pin 12v E-ATX block is loose to the motherboard from the power supply or not connected.

The Graphics card has drooped down over while in the Pci-e graphics card slot of the motherboard.
Un screw slightly and Lift the card up over then tighten the screw again on the bracket of the graphics card.

2. No memory detected in memory slot of the motherboard. 5 short and one long beep.

Causes are, memory module not seated right, and flush in the memory slot of the motherboard.
The memory has failed and cannot be read, The mobo treats it as a short circuit if the module has failed.

I suspect that if you have a Pci-e based graphics card in the system and it is quiet heavy.
That you may need to lift it up over and tighten the screw on the retention bracket while doing so.
And then test. It can be as simple as that as to the problem so try it.
