Mass Storage Drive Making Noises (Not Bad) every now and again.

My 1tb Seagate Barracuda Drive makes the noise which it usually does when I turn my PC off, and sometimes the tone and loudness of the noise changes. Sometimes it can sound pretty scary but i'm sure that there's nothing wrong with it as my mate with a brand new PC and same drive does the same thing.

I've heard a lot of people having the same problem with these HDDs. Some say it's a design problem which it can be possible. You can eliminate the noise by suspending the HDD mid air in the case with some heavy duty rubber bands. That is what one person did and he says the result was amazing.
