Crysis 2- 1fps

R7 265, 2.8 dual core cpu (bottleneck, i know) and im getting a huge fps drop from 35-40 to 1fps (also i get the infinite eye bug when starting the game but fixed by alt-tabbing) and 600w psu, 4 gb ram, game reedemed on origin and i think it updated to 1.9 (not sure but ive seen an update bar)...help!

35-40 FPS before and 1 FPS now? Or while playing the game, 35 FPS drops to 1 FPS?

Woups i forgot to mention so it went well until the part i must get to the gouls lab fast because he cannot resist musch longer ,there is a bridge with a long truck and there comes 2 cars with soldiers, after i kill them it drops to 1 fps and stays like that, but when i go to main menu there is no lag at all

1980-1080 p (monitor rezolution) with very high graphic settings
