my memory card as losted all files ive checked it everything not there! itwas saying format on my memory card and i clicked yes i didnt know what would happen! my 8gb had all my files in them pictures videos music everything as gone i have repaired me memory card am so heartbroken i didnt know that format deletes it stupid format message came up and i clicked yea by accidient! please can u help me what do i do to reformat it and get everything back on the memory card please thank you am sure there is a way i dont have a memory reader dont know what it is

There may be, but it's a little different on computers, than on a regular SD card. Computers are a lot more sophisticated, and have systems built in, to be able to reset your PC to a certain date (just before you accidently deleted the files). A regular SD does not have this software. But maybe you can wait until other people reply.

Sorry but I have never tried it before, I was just aware such programs exist and easeus was a company who's other software I have used before. All I can suggest is carefully reading the instructions, I have no first hand experience.
As a little tip, always keep your data backed up. Even without mistakes any type of memory can go faulty with no warning, if that happens you probably have zero chance of recovery. It's a good habit to get into backing up your important data.
