Didnt get that. Because i cant turn on but when i ise tonreset my bios it turns on but when i click power button nothing happens. I know to fix the problem i shouldnproperly connect the frong panel ports. But i dont know where to put them

the manual I linked to lists where the front panel connectors should go.
As far as the front panel USB ports go, it doesn't really matter which goes to which connector.

The bios reset jumper should in no way turn the computer on. Bios might have changed the the power button functionality to sleep button. (long over 4 sec press is still power off) but that should also in no way change the fact that computer should start/wake up with single normal press of the power button.

I would suspect other front panel connectors are USB ports. (manual lists 5 possible places for them 15, 16, 18, 19, 20)
Or front panel audio connector (connector 22)

If extra front panel connectors can't be connected to those places, you would need to take pictures of the motherboard connectors and the front panel plugs so that someone else could try to figure out where they go.
None of the listed extra connectors besides the power button, should have ANY effect on computer starting or not starting though.
