Is my PSU in good health?

Well that is one of the best power supplies on the market so I have trouble blaming it for your issues. How long have you had this power supply? Have these crashes always occurred when using that power supply? Did this just start randomly happening one day?

Also what are your gpu and cpu temps under load before the crash?

And have you checked the event viewer system log? It could have recorded something before your crash that will give us a clue as to what the cause is.

I still believe something is wrong with the PSU!

When playing GTA-5 the most stressful thing in the game is playing at night! I noticed that after the GPU temps start to hit 68oC the PSU will stop the ECO mode and its fan will start spinning! 2 minutes after the fan spins the game will crash. The CPU tempts hit max 60oC!

Could it be my 980Ti problem? I kinda doubt it but you never know..

What have you concluded by these results?

The voltages in hwinfo look fine. You can make a log with it when keeping it running,

You can open hwinfo, after that open the sensor window by checking sensors only,
after that click run, then click at the bottom "Logging start" ,
after that choose a name and place for the log. like Hwinfolog at your desktop.Leave it open and do game/stresstest or whatever you do until a crash. The log will end at that point but will be saved.
You can look at the log yourself with either excel or libre office calc.

Open it with one of these, the second one is part of the "Libre Office packet" which is freeware. You can leave a link to it via dropbox, but i cannot say for sure that i will look at it.Might take some time.
